Return/Exchange Policy (Only Within 14 Days Of Receipt) 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your article or Diletta Nobile items, we want 

to help you find your perfect fit. You can exchange or return your Diletta 

Nobile items for store credit or a full refund only within 14 days of receipt and 

with all original packaging, and our Jewelry Concierge will help you find the 

replacement(s) or help you receive a refund. Items must be shipped no later 

than 15 days after receipt. 

If you have ordered your item(s) with our pre-order option, please contact us 

at info@dilettanobile.com and we will be happy to help you. 

IMPORTANT: Items that show signs of wear or that have been engraved, resized or damaged in any way will not be accepted for exchange. In addition, items that you have kept for more than (14) days after receipt cannot be exchanged. Items must be shipped no later than 15 days after receipt. NOTE: For all exchanges or returns, you will pay the new national and international shipping charges to send you your new item. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue pre-printed labels for returns on orders at this time. You will be responsible for the shipping costs necessary to return the item to us in order to receive stock credit for any exchange. Please follow the following instructions for domestic and international orders:

Our Jewelry Concierge will send you an email confirming your return or exchange and provide you with further personalised information. Pack up your item and send it back to us. Keep your tracking information at hand, just in case.
